Ingredients:
2 L Whole milk
80 ml White vinegar
20 g Salt
Method:
To make this easy and delicious ricotta cheese, heat the milk to 93°C, remove it from the heat, and add vinegar and salt. Mix with a fork for 20 seconds.
Leave it for 10 minutes until it sets.
Meanwhile, prepare a large bowl with a smaller bowl placed upside down inside it. Then, place the cheese basket on the bottom of the smaller bowl.
Using a ladle, gently add the cheese to the cheese basket, allowing the excess water to drain. Let it sit for an hour until all the water has drained from the cheese, leaving you with the creamy ricotta cheese.
