Ingredients:
12 g Flour
5 g Powdered sugar
Pinch of salt
45 ml Vegetable oil
110 ml Water
Method:
To make this beautiful, delicious, and crispy tuile, mix all the ingredients and cook them on a nonstick pan over medium heat until all the water has evaporated, leaving you with a golden brown tuile.
It is soft and flexible while it is hot, and it crisps as it cools. So, transfer it to a kitchen towel to remove excess oil and let it cool down completely before using it. You can break it into pieces and use it as a garnish on various dishes and desserts.
