Ingredients:
190 g Rice flour
200 ml Boiling water
1 g Salt
Method:
To make these chewy rice cakes, add boiling water and salt to rice flour, and mix them until well combined. Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and microwave it for about a minute.
After microwaving, remix the dough with a spatula and microwave for an additional minute. Then, knead the dough on a working surface lightly greased with sesame oil for at least 5 minutes, as this will help the rice cakes become more chewy.
