Ingredients:
250 g Button mushrooms
1 Shallot
1 Garlic clove
25 g Butter
40 ml Chardonnay
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Start by cutting the mushrooms into quarters and set them aside. Finely chop the shallot, garlic, and parsley.
Add butter to a skillet and sauté the mushrooms over high heat, tossing them frequently until they are nicely browned.
Remove the mushrooms from the skillet, and in the same skillet, add the chopped shallots. Sauté them over medium heat until they become translucent. Return the mushrooms to the skillet and deglaze with the Chardonnay. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Add chopped parsley, toss for a minute, and you're done!
